Gotta love walking into an exam with zero prep because you only need a 50% on it to get a B in the class. Reminded me of the ways of Kimi.

good luck when the prof changes the curve of the grade based off of the performance of the class in the final....

World class athlete. Bet he doesn't prepare for anything.

That would be my luck... although he seems to be a very 'by the numbers' kind of guy.

Was that supposed to be a 'but'?

No. I would just suspect that despite the nonchalance he presents, becoming a professional driver at that level requires lots of training and preparation.

You mean like how I aced everything else in the class to go into the final with a 98%? Seems pretty Kimi to me.

I guess if Kimi is fine with second place. If you went for the A then by all means. That's always a good situation to be in regardless, I was just being pointlessly obnoxious and questioning the comparison.
Some of us are still bored in class : /

I'm willing to bet I will still have an A considering I actually knew pretty much everything on the final, I just didn't bust my ass for the last two days studying like all my friends did.

Also, when was Kimi's last Grand Prix win?

I would imagine it would be pretty difficult to fail that spectacularly if you were in that position in the first place, so inclined to agree with you. Enjoy it!

I had a final once where I just had to get better than 30% or so to keep an A. I joked with the prof and asked if I even needed to bother. He said yes but only bc of policy. I also had a couple classes where if you had a b or better (+/- scale with no A+) you could skip the final if you were happy with your grade. Bonus was the final could only help your grade. If the final score brought down your grade she'd throw it out.

No idea, but I'm sure he at least wants to win.

Sadly none of my professors this semester are playing by the 'skip the final' rules. I am going into 2 of my finals with solid A's and the only one I'm even slightly worried about is Microprocessor Applications, which really shouldn't be too tough I just have no clue what we're actually going to be tested on.
